Pretty good.Wish I would have read it all the way though.Didn't know about the blender til I was gonna add the cheese.I wanted a chunky soup so I didn't put it in the blender. It was still good.

This soup is SO flavorful and filling! The last time I made it, I didn't even use whole milk (used 1% and it still came out rich. Great recipe!

This is not the "fully loaded, cheesy potato soup" I was expecting, but it was VERY tasty!! When I originally searched for fully loaded potato soup, I was looking for something close to the cheesy potato soup served at O'Charleys. This is NOT that recipe. However, it is a delicious, irish pub style potato soup that will stick to your ribs and leave you wanting a second helping. I cooked a little more bacon than the recipe called for, but other than that it was the perfect soup for curling up on the couch and watching football with!!

Baked potato soup is my absolute favorite soup. This one is hands down the best one I've ever tried. I followed the recipe to the letter, except that I added two slices of bacon to the vegetables. It was fabulous soup, but next time I will not add the extra bacon. I don't think it needed it. Thank you so much Pat and Gina for sharing your wonderful recipe.

I watch the Neely's faithfully and I can not wait to visit their restaurant! This is soup is excellent! I doubled the recipe and I added some bacon grease in the soup for a little added bacon flavor. I made one mistake, I did not make sure the veggies were soft so you may have to add a little more time on the veggies saute. I also did not have an immersian blender. One more addition as I always like to add my little touches to a recipe, I added 1/2 cup of half and half cream with the milk made it a little more creamy, a couple shakes of lawry's seasoning salt and a tablespoon or two of garlic pepper in addition to the salt and pepper. SCRUMPTOUS!!!! My daughter said mom this is better than O'Charley's Potato Soup!
