This is sooooo good! And very easy to make. I love watching this couple, they are so much fun to watch, and very sexy in the nicest way, you cannot help but feel the love. This is the first of their recipes I have tried. I can't wait to try another and see them again.

I was craving potato soup and came across this recipe! It was very very tasty. I did not blend it down (I don't have a blender, and It was still awesome! I think the Worcestershire sauce and beer are what make it so delicious. I only used half a bottle of beer and I added a touch more Worcestershire! I definitely will be making this again!

TALK ABOUT COMFORT FOOD, BABY!! This soup was so good! I omitted the beer and the bacon. I added another cup of chicken broth and used half and half instead of milk, like advised from previous reviews. I also don't have a hand blender, so I pureed it in my blender after it cooled down some. So rich and creamy! I made this soup basically for my daughter (8 y.o. She is a very picky eater and had it for 3 days straight and couldn't get enough of it. Very good soup! You gotta try it! Thanks for such a great recipe!

Absolutely the best potato soup I've ever made. My daughter and I made it exactly as the recipe stated. The beer was subtle yet definitely added to the flavor. It was even better the next day!

Excellent soup! It wasn't like eating a bowl of nacho cheese like some recipes. I added the entire amount of beer and really didn't think I could pick out the taste of the "beer". Perfect for a cold day.

This soup is the best. I used hogarden for the beer I had no Idea which one to use the chef at the Market district suggested this one. I think the reason people are suggesting to use half the beer is because they are not using the right beer. I also used a whole pound of crisp bacon and broke it up and mixed it in. it turned out delicious. I could live off of this soup.

A perfect, velvety, rich, stick-to-your-ribs soup for a cold day.
