Soooo Good!! I did sub the frosting to cream cheese frosting and they were the BEST cupcakes I ever had. I shared these with a friend and neighbor and both wanted the recipe. Love : Very easy to make... watch the time, recipe says 20 min, mine took 18 min. Very moist.

I had bananas to use up and wanted to try something different than banana bread. I found this recipe while searchng the internet. I followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. The cupcakes are moist, light, and delicious! Love the molasses frosting, too! It's a perfect combination. Love your show! Keep the great recipes coming.

I made these cupcakes for a family get together and everyone loved them! They were incredibly moist and would make great breakfast-time treats. I only used 2 cups of sugar for the frosting and added about 1.5-2oz more cream cheese. I really love cream cheese frosting, so I just wanted to bring out that flavor a bit more. I will definitely make these again!

When I saw these on the show I knew I had to make them. They were moist and very delicious! I had to use substitutes for what I had on hand. (i.e. vanilla yogurt instead of sour cream and chocolate chips instead of nuts but they were still tasty and flew off the plate.

These were delicious and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly and the molasses in the frosting tased like maple syrup. I scooped out two cupcakes before I put the walnuts in for my daughter and her friend who are too little for nuts. My frosting never got as firm as I liked, so I might use a little less milk next time. Overall, these are definitely worth trying.

These cupcakes are sooo good: I have made them a couple of times! I used some brown sugar because I love the brown sugar in everything. These cupcakes are so good they dont even need icing, however i have made them with cream cheese icing! Thanks Gina, you are amazing and I love your personality!

Perfect cupcakes for my banana loving family!! Based on past reviews I made half the frosting and it was more than enough -I also used maple syrup and it was fine! I hate coming on here to read the reviews to see how the recipes are turning out and seeing so much negativity about Miss Gina! Yes she has a big personality and if you dont like it then dont watch- there are many more mild (boring chefs on this network that should suit your tastes much better!! I love the Neelys , they adore eachother and have brought many great dishes to my table.
