My family loved these. they were delicious and they are looking forward to the next time i make them. I also agree with you Daphne. people can be so cruel! Nice change to use those bananas that no one wants to eat!
I agree with Daphne. Joanne needs to lighten up or better yet stop watching the Neelys. It is called entertainment. Paula has her style, Rachel, Anne Burrell and so on. I have seen Joanne's name on other reviews complaining about Gina. Nothing said about the recipe. Hmm interesting......

Recipe is mediocre to pretty good. Too much whooping and hollering however.

loved the recipe, but have to agree with joanne. Gina is very annoying!!!!! I mute the sound. They have great recipes but I can not listen to the show.

This is a keeper, one we love to share with family and friends. Since seeing the recipe on TV, we've made them several times. They're moist, nutty and just right sweet. Friends call them "hummm's!"

This is a comment for "joanne", They asked you for a review or comment on the recipe not your personal opinion of Mrs. Gina! We have enough negativity in this world so if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all! Mrs. Gina you are beautiful, funny, and an outright joy to watch! No one wants to watch a boring cooking show. Keep up the good work and keep it live SISTA!

P.S. The cupcakes were moist and delicious and put a delightful "remix" on your "old school" banana nut bread. I found them great with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning as I'm running out of the door.

    Stay blessed,
    Mrs. Daphne

These were light and delicious. I found them to be more like a glazed muffin than a cupcake. My frosting was more like a glaze but the molasses works really well with these little cakes. Nice change and perfect for fall! I only needed half the glaze than the recipe made. Overall, I love these!

They were great, they were more like muffines, but still graet. The icying was great. I would add one more banana next time. I made big cupcakes so they turned to be only nine it took 30 min to bake. First time I made icying, so my turn to be a little on the runny side, but was my mistake. Gina said it takes different amount of sugar everytime, so next time I would know to keep adding sugar
