Yummy, yummy, yummy! This was a great combination of sweet & savory with a bit of spice. I made exactly as the recipe stated. We did think it could have been a little crisper so next time I will adjust cooking time and temp a bit.

I absolutely loved the flavor. Does anyone have tips on how to make it more crispy then chewy? The brown sugar went caramel like and didn't let the bacon get as crispy as I like.

Who knew four ingredients could be so perfect together! It was the perfect combination of tatse. Also, the brown sugar adds a nice crunch to the outside of the bacon even if the inside is still a little chewy. The best of both worlds. Delicious!

My husband and I watched the Neely's cook breakfast this morning.

Right after the show we tried Gina's Brown Sugar Bacon recipe.

We loved loved loved it!!! I honestly think that I will never ever cook bacon any other way again!!

My husband had never watched Food Network with me before today and now he is a huge fan thanks to the Neelys!!!

Thank you so much for the recipe. I will be adding it to the 5 recipe boxes I am making for my kids to have when they leave home.

Remember how you make tacos or burritos...do it the same way but ADD 1 piece of this great tasting bacon. The flavor and texture is brand new. Great food item for any recipe...even homemade vanilla ice cream!

This recipe was SO easy and delicious!!!! I'm looking forward to making it apart of brunchs and special occasion breakfasts.

I LUV how sweet the bacon is when you eat it and then there's a kiss of heat towards the end. It's a great balance!

    Thanks Pat and Gina!

I don't eat pork but my boyfriend loves bacon. Do you think this recipe would work well with turkey bacon?

Instructions call for baking at 375 degrees, but I had better results at 400 degrees. I like my bacon crisp but not burned.

I made this recipe this morning and I can not tell you how great it was. The sweetness and the spice were a perfect balance. I love bacon and this was a wonderful twist. I will definitely make this over and over again. Thank you Pat and Gina.
