The cookies were very good but they spreaded all over the pan and looked sort of like a sheet cake, I used a ice cream scooper but I believe that so much butter makes them spread out even more, I am not sure but the taste was there but the texture was not.

agree with the one stick of butter for the filling... my boyfriend and I just made them, and they are FANTASTIC. Next time we'll use one stick however

The cookies themselves were good...and fun to make with my kids. When making the peanut butter filling, i looked at the 2 sticks of butter and thought it would be too much, but i stuck with the recipe. I should have just used the 1 stick because the filling DID taste a bit buttery. Overall, the cookie was good, but use 1 stick of butter, you will have enough filling with the pb and the 1 stick..we had plenty of filling leftover following the recipe.

This cookie recipe is o.k.. It's not to sweet. it almost taste cake like. I used white chocolate insted of chocolate chips.maybe I'll add coconut next time..Not disappointed but could be better.
