The sweet and salty flavors in here are delicious! Next time I will cook the bacon longer than I did. Make sure it is very crispy if you try this recipe. It was still very tasty. Hope my party guests are open minded and give this a try. Some still think it sounds odd, but it is sooooo good.

This was pretty good, the only thing I would add to this recipe is some type of fat to be added to the chocolate when you melt it. It was much too thick, so I added some shortening (as I would do when making chocolate-covered strawberries, which did the trick. I would imagine that vegetable oil would thin it out also. Definitely use thick-cut bacon because thin bacon will crumble when you try to coat it. It was definitely a FUN recipe!
