This was a great recipe, tasty, easy, and my guests loved it. I plan on serving it to my family for Easter brunch.

Super yummy recipe! I made it just as listed and it came out wonderfully. Don't know what happened w/others that mentioned eggy taste and texture, this came out very fluffy and light though I expected it to be too heavy and rich w/half and half and cheese. Perfect seasoning, just the right amount of smokiness and touch of spice from cayenne. Loved it!

I have served this several times now and get absolute raves on it! I generally add a bit more onion and cheese as it is so mellow you hardly notice. I am always asked for the recipe as everyone thinks I spent much more time on it than I actually did. I often double the dose so I have some extra "just for me." Certainly not low calorie but well worth it.

Delicious!! I used 3 eggs, extra cheese, and fresh corn off the cob(about 6 ears. Be sure to temper the eggs very slowly and keep stiring the mixture. Don't know what those people did who didnt like this.

I made the corn souffle for Christmas dinner yesterday. It was delicious and everyone loved it. It was not to eggy and very light and fluffy. I used all 5 eggs and added a little extra cheese. It was a perfect side dish to the roast that I cooked. Thanks Gina. I will definitely make this again.

Terrible! Was extremely egg-y - not creamy. YUCK!

Awful!!! What a watse of good ingredients..
And I took the advice of other reviews and only used 3 eggs and doubled the cheese.. It wasnt too eggy but had no flavor other than the cheese which would've been better to eat by itself...
    Dont bother with this one...

This was my first attempt at one of the Neely's recipes. I really enjoy their show. I thought it was bland also and the texture was too egg-y. Next time I'm going to try using cream corn and regular corn with 3 eggs only. I really liked the smokey, slightly spicey flavor though.
