Very good! In addition to the above ingredients, I added 1/2 tsp Mexican spices (as I only had regular diced tomatoes, not "Mexican-style", 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 1 diced Serrano pepper. It had just the right amount of medium spiciness. It tasted so fresh!

Crowd pleaser every time I make it....I add black beans, also. I make a double batch and freeze in individual portions for quick lunches.

I made this soup tonight for dinner and it was delicious. I did add a 1/2 c. of black beans to it. But even before that it was yummy. My husband loved it. I guess it will go in the rotation.

    This was incredible!!
I added one diced zucchini and while the veggie begin to boil I add a whole jalapeno so whoever is daring, can bite into the soften juicy jalapeño

I also boiled white rice when I start bowling up he soup, the rice goes in first.
    It's delicious

Easy and quick! I left out the cheese to make it lighter and used thanksgiving turkey leftovers instead of the chicken and I loved it! Will definitely make it again!

This recipe is AMAZING! The first time I made it I received rave reviews! My man LOVED it and said it needed no changes (and he usually advises changes lol I have several roommates and they ALL requested I make them some. I added nothing more than the recipe called for, as a matter of fact I didn't even add the salt it called for. I cook with as little sodium as possible so I bought the low sodium broth and added no salt and it was DEEEEELISH! Thanks Neely's this was a A++++++ for me, you made me a superstar :
