I tried this recipe during the week that it premiered at home and it hit gold!!! Everyone loved the cookies and I used butter pecan ice cream for the filling and the cookies totally came out chewy and soft, even after putting them in the freezer! I love this recipe, thanks Gina, for sharing such a great recipe.

I made these and they taste great but the spread a lot!! To much to use for the ice cream sandwich. Next time I will so as other reviewers suggested, add more flour.

Awesome cookie. Just the right crispyness when cooked a little longer than recipe and softer cooked a little less. We loved them

I read most of the reviews before I made the cookies and I noticed that a lot of people baked their cookies at 22 min. If you all read down below into the instrutions for the baking process, you would see that Gina said bake them for 12 mins. No wonder all ya'll cookies burned. However, I baked mine for 17 minutes and they came out ok. They didn't rise like they were so supposed too and I eliminated the raisins and added more pecans, but they were still moist and delicious.
