It would be nice if everyone would stick to the "food" when rating....this is about food afterall...not personalities! The recipe is great. You can add or subsitute ingredients as you like. I'm always looking for nice and light dishes for the summer and this fits the bill. You can assemble everything ahead of time and then just mix in the dressing right before serving. Thanks to the Neely's!

Pat needs to knock off the ya'lls. 12 times in 5 minutes is beyond phony. I've lived in the south and NO ONE talks like that. With the exception of Paula Dean. That said, They put out some good food!

My family and I loved this dish! It's great at room temperature or cold. We had it with flank steak and left overs with fish on another night. Goes well with any type of protein. Would be great as a pasta salad for a picnic.

Love this salad. Took it to work and many want the recipe. Great summer salad. Wasn't sure about the mint but it was the perfect amount. I did us EVOO instead of just the olive oil. Thanks!

Pansie, Why do African-Americans have to make comments that insinuate that white americans don't go through the same hardships. Their success has nothing to do with the color of their skin. And----I'm quite tired of people calling themselves african-american. We are all AMERICANS. If some people stopped distinguishing their heritage (you don't see people going around saying "I'm Japanese-American or I'm Polish-American" maybe we'd stop this race thing. As I said, WE'RE AMERICANS.

This salad was absolutely wonderful!!!! I make pasta salads all the time and it was nice change of pace to use the orzo pasta, which I've never used before. Keep the recipes coming and keep doing you... you guys rock!!!!!!!

Great orzo salad. Gina and Pat are a delight to watch. If you feel they are over the top I feel sorry for you. Been married 52 years and my husband and I still enjoy cooking together and getting frisky in the kitchen!

Enjoyed this recipe. Never had used orzo before.
As for as the comments from Ken and Joanne (and I have seen Joanne back several months ago complaining Why are you still watching??
