    I love cheesecake! I had only made it twice before! I had to try this recipe! It was delicious! Making it was straight forward. I knew that that crust would be amazing, and it was! I enjoyed making it! My kitchen smelled like home. It was rich, creamy...Uuuuummmm!!! This will definitely be part of my Thanksgiving tradition! I can't wait to make it this year!

    I did this cheesecake last year for Thanksgiving as an alternative to pumpkin pie because I'm not a big fan of it. This recipe is amazing! Everyone loved it and asked for it again this year. The only thing I did differently use a 12 inch pan instead of a 9. It is a large amount of mixture and was way to much for the 9. That aside, it's a wonderful recipe and one of my favorite cheesecakes ever! The gingersnap crust and cinnamon whipped cream just sends it over the moon.

    Absolutely 5 stats. This is the best pumpkin cheesecake I've ever had. i'm a huge fan of The Cheesecake Factory's pumpkin cheesecake, but this recipe is far superior. Make sure to make plenty of whipped cream - it's essential. The ginger snap crust is A - i suggest making a little extra to go along the sides as well as the bottom. Guess what I'm serving for Thanksgiving??? YUM!!!

    This cheesecake tuned out great - very light and fluffy. I added approx 8 min to the cooking time. The whipped cream was to die for -- I used a pint of heavy cream and doubled the rest of the ingredients. It was fluffy and firm -- held up perfectly. Thank you for this awesome recipe!

    This is the first cheesecake I have ever made and it turned out perfect. My husband is really picky about the consistency of cheesecake and he loved this one. The gingersnap crust is great. I used more gingersnaps but the same amount of butter. I baked it for an hour and thirty minutes with no cracking. Tasted better the next day.

    i made this for thanksgiving and it was absolutely delicious! our family said it was better than any cheesecake - restaurant and homemade - they've ever had. i was a little intimidated at first, since i had never made cheesecake before, but this recipe is easy. i wouldn't change a thing about it; it really is perfection!!

    Served this last night to 16 guest. Everyone loved, loved, loved it. All asked for the recipe; which I am sending them right now. Not only is the cheesecake one of the best I have made and tasted, the whipped cinnamon topping was....as the saying goes, the topping on the cake. DELICIOUS.
