    Tried for the first time and I have to say the Lemon Bars are great. Looking for more great ideas on the dessert side.Very quick and easy. Thanks

    i am a "newbie" to the food network and somewhat enjoyed the "neelys. too much goofing around on her part. I can hear less of her constant antidotes.
    her husband seemed more in tuned and i enjoyed listening and watching him.
    i did try the lemon bars and was somewhat disappointed. i expected more of a lemony tart bar but it was kinda drab. i am not sure if it is in the frosting or in the filling.

    i also made the bouban sweel potatoes. not too thrilled with that one either. it had too much of a kick for my family with the cayenne pepper.
