It was so good, I had to force myself to stop eating it. My mother hates to cook, and even she asked for the recipe. Wow!

OMGosh the day after I watched this episode I went to the store to buy the ingredients and it was probably one of the easiest and delicious snacks I have ever made. Thank you!

This is so extremely easy to make. I wouldn't change a thing! The green chile makes it! My family really enjoyed it. It will be a new addition to all of our get-togethers.

Very tasty! The best one I've made so far. Next time, I'll try adding water chestnuts, parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.

This was my first attempt at Spinach Artichoke dip. I left out the Rotel since I don't like tomoatoes but I added red pepper flakes and fresh garlic and it was a huge hit. Maybe next time I will try it with the Rotel.

I made this last night when some friends came over, and everyone LOVED it! I did add some parmesan and asiago cheese mix I had, and it was great. BUT it was great without it too, I just used it so it didn't go to waste! Thanks Gina!
