This recipe is awesome. I made it for the first time last summer and my family loved it. I've made it multiple times since and it continues to be a hit; planning to make it tonight for dinner.

LOVE THIS! I also had trouble with the center of the crust, so I tried baking it for 10-15 minutes before putting in the tomatoes and cheese. Laying the slices of tomatoes on paper towels helped with the juice too. Thanks for such a tasty recipe!

My tomatoes got a little too juicy so there was a lot of liquid residue but i just baked it longer than the 30 minutes and it evaporated. it also takes forever for the crust to be crispy and the bottom crust is always soggy

Not bad. I liked it, but my husband didn't. I will try it again in the summer for one of the bbq parties and see what others will say. It is easy to make and comes out really pretty. You need to let it cool before serving and it crumbles really easily.

My breakfast committee and I always rename recipes just for fun. This recipe is sooo good and sooo easy. I agree with another review to bake on a baking stone and one change I made was to use basil instead of oregano plus garlic powder. Definitely a keeper - you go Gina girl!!!

OMG my sister made this for my birthday, She used home grown tomatoes and it was a really big hit. I would give it 10 stars if I could. DELICIOUS and I told her I must have the recipe. Will make this as soon as my tomatoes become ripe.
