Very good and moist. Nice that is doesn't crack in the oven. I used Parmesan as that was the only cheese I had. Halved the recipe, cooked for 50 min.

I wasn't impressed with this unfortunately. It looked so promising, but the taste was really bland. Now, I should mention that I omitted the bleu cheese, because of a dairy allergy in our family. I guess I'll have to keep searching for that perfect turrkey meatloaf recipe, if one even exists!

Last night I was searching for a tasty turkey meatloaf recipe...and this is IT!!! Honestly, looking at the ingredients I was highly skeptical....bleu cheese is not one of my favorites. But, I decided to give it a try and it was soo worth it! This is definitely going in the recipe box.
Here are some modifications I made to suit my tastes:
-Halved the recipe to make a 1 lb meatloaf [[there's only 2 of us; cook for 40 mins]]
-Added an extra sprinkle of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
-Topped the meatloaf with ketchup and a tbs. of BBQ sauce [[sounds gross but tastes awesome baked!]]
-Omitted the shallots on top
ENJOY :]

This was by far the most amazing meatloaf. Not only was it moist, it was extremely flavorful. I highly recommend it!!!

This was an outstanding turkey meatloaf recipe!!! Everyone in my family loved it. The blue cheese makes the dish as it flavors the meat on its own. No salt or pepper is even needed. Yes, there is liquid from the meatloaf but it is delicious and makes a great sauce with the blue cheese flavor melted into it. I did substitute onion for the shallots on top and wheat flavored bread crumbs for the panko. This is an absolute keeper with incredible flavors! Definitely make this one!

Was pleasently surprised. I had to double the recipe to feed my four young men. There was nothing left. My modifications were to leave out the red pepper flakes(allergyand shallot(don't likeand add garlic salt. I used only 6 oz of blue cheese for the doubled recipe. I was afraid it would overpower the dish. More would have been better. Used a glass baking dish. Good thing, there was lots of liquid. The whole family said to be sure and make it again. That from big beef eaters!

I made this last night and it was a hit! Didn't have blue cheese, so I used a mild goat cheese instead. But it was so moist, so flavorful! Served it with artichoke salad and my own recipe for cilantro lime rice and we didn't have enough for left overs ;-
Even my 14 month old loved it. Thank you :-

OUSTANDING!! I will never make meatloaf any other way. It was moist, tender and full of flavor. My family didn't even know it was turkey until I told them. My boyfriend kept saying "mmmmmmm" after every bite. I can't wait to make it again!!!
