Yummy yummy meatloaf! I lightened it slightly by cutting the olive oil in half and using egg whites instead of a whole egg. Everything else stayed the same. Oh, and I used feta instead of blue cheese because that was all I had. I want to try the blue cheese next time. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

I was worried with all the liquid from sauteing the onions, mushrooms, etc. then the chicken stock, adding it all to the turkey with such little panko and egg... At first I considered draining it but didn't. When I formed the meatloaf on the pan I thought, this is just not going to work, but WOW! It was fantastic. I followed the recipe exactly but did not add blue cheese (didn't have any added parmesan instead (grated fresh My non-meat eating daughter loved it! And like any meatloaf it makes fabulous leftovers! I think next time I'll add a little bbq sauce to the tomato sauce on top to give it a little zip. The shallots were perfect, I held back thinking I was adding too many slices (b/c the shallot was big but they are so mild I should've added the whole thing. Based on previous reviews I don't think I would add the blue cheese. Will definitely make again. Thanks Neely's!

I use this recipe with chicken or pork and I sometimes put brown gravy on the top instead of tomato sauce. Really good!

Cholesterol conscientious, I was looking for a new way to cook ground turkey. Love this fairly easy recipe. Super tasty. Big thumbs-up from picky man!

I had never tried ground turkey and really don't like turkey breast, but I love this recipe!! The little pops of blue cheese in your mouth keeps this recipe exciting!

I followed the recipe to the exact. It turned out to salty from the blue cheese. I will not use the blue cheese next time or never. The blue cheese package came in 5oz's only and the recipe calls for 6oz's. If there was another ounce of blue cheese it would of been like eating salt from the salt shaker. The Neely's let me down with this recipe.

This is absolutely delicious!!! The meatloaf was very moist. My only regrets are that I did not make enough and I did not use the bleu cheese. I did not have any bleu cheese in the house but next time, I will make sure to use it. We have a family of 3 and I used 3 pounds of turkey. Great recipe!!
