Was very good, but enough to feed an army. Half the recipe would be plenty to feed a family of 4. Creates lots of liquid when it cooks, so put on a large pan.

Great healthy meatloaf my husband didn't even know it was turkey until I told him. Since he isn't a tomatoe sauce fan I substituted two tbsp of BBQ sauce on top of the meatloaf. Neither of us like blue cheese so I cut back to 3 oz and used 3 oz of a milder cheese. Next time I'm going for the full 6 oz! Very yummy!

Hands down my boyfriends favorite meatloaf...ever.
Prep takes a long time, lots of chopping.
I wasn't too sure how these ingredients would come together, but the reviews I got proved they were perfect together. The loaf was really moist and could be used for leftovers and sandwiches for days.
With only one meat eater in the house, I'll half the recipe next time and there will still be plenty left for several days of lunch/dinner.

Overall this is a good meatloaf recipe. However as mentioned by others, if you are not a fan of blue cheese, you will find the flavor overwhelming. I will make this dish again, but I will cut the amount of blue cheese down or maybe use parmesan as a substitute. The meatloaf does come out really moist though, so this recipe is a keeper.

It was absolutely wonderful, and moist. I tried the recipe exactly like it was written, but only had 1/2 of the blue cheese. Next time, I will use the entire amount, as I loved the blue cheese flavor. This was the moistest meatloaf I've had in a long time. Thanks, Gina!!

I liked this meatloaf but felt it needs more zip. Next time I will add a TBL of horseradish to the mixture.

This meatloaf is just wonderful. We love blue cheese. I added some
    chipotle to the tomato sauce.

LOVED THIS! Hubby doesn't like bleu cheese, so I used parmesan, as suggested in a couple other posts. Also added finely diced celery to onion/shroom/garlic mixture. Replced tomato sauce with a ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar, worcestershire and horseradish mixture for the topping. Mmm Mmm Good! Will TOTALLY Be making this again! And the leftovers - FABULOUS!!
