I love meatloaf but the blue cheese added so much flavor and gave it the punch that meatloaf needs. Thanks to the Neelys, I love you guys!

I'm not a fan of blue cheese so I substituted it with grated parmesan cheese....The best turkey meatloaf I ever had!

This is another Gina winner...moist, flavorful and soo much better for you than a beef/pork meatloaf.

I added maybe 1/3C shredded carrots, ground fennel seed (because I like that taste in my meatloaf and only used 2 oz. blue cheese & 4 oz. cheddar. The sauteed mixture alone was amazingly tasty!

I had another recipe that said the loaf would be done when it tested 160 degrees on an instant-read thermom., so I tested it at 1 hr. and it was done.

    This is truly a keeper!

I have made this recipe twice already and it's wonderful!!! The four ingredients of the panko bread crumbs, the chicken broth, mushrooms and of course the blue cheese made this meatloaf recipe very moist and tasty. It's so good that I don't even have to reheat it the next day if I don't want to. It's great snack to eat late a night when you have those hunger attacks.

Easy to cook and very tasty despite my normal dislike for turkey ground meat

my daughter and i will only make this meatloaf. absolutely delicious. we're not fond of blue cheese so we're trying different cheese's. so far we have tried feta and provolone and like them both. we are avid ground turkey lovers and are always looking for more recipes. look no further for meatloaf because we found the right one. thanks

This is the best meatloaf I've ever had. I made it a few weeks ago for the first time and my family raved about how moist and tasty it was. Even my kids who aren't crazy about ground turkey, mushrooms or blue cheese loved it. I didn't tell them what was in it till they were finished eating and they were very surprised. My husband bought ground turkey today just so I could make it again for dinner tonight. They all loved it and raved about it again. I followed the recipe exactly and this is definitely one of my favorites. Thanks Gina.

This turkey meatloaf was so yummy and juicy. Not dry at all. Even the kids loved it - they couldn't even tell there were mushrooms in there! I think that's what added the moisture to the meat. There was just a hint of blue cheese flavor - not overpowering. Will definitely make this again.
