It was alright, I'm not a blue cheese eater but tried it anyway, my daughter who loves meatloaf didn't eat hers at all.

I did not care for this. Like other's said, the blue cheese was too over powering and I didn't care for the mushrooms in it. That being said, it is a good base for a turkey meatloaf. I will try it again, but with sauted carrots and celery with the onion and cheddar cheese instead of the blue, which is how I make regular meat loaf.

I LOVED the recipe. However, I did a remix of my own. Instead of the mushrooms, I added bell peppers instead. It was AWESOME! LOVE the show!

Delicious! My father, who is a big beef eater and despises anything that sounds like it might be a healthy alternative, loved it. Will definitely make again. However, I do agree with previous poster about the network providing nutrition facts. At least cals, fat, and sodium

This was surprisingly good and I will definitely make it again. I just wish foodnetwork[dot]com would provide nutritional facts.

Tried this last night. It was good, the turkey loaf came out very moist, and it didn't have that sharp turkey flavor that you usually get with ground turkey. But, I only give a 5 star when it's a recipe that is sooo delicious you can't stop eating it. This one just didn't make it to 5.

I did not put mushrooms in this recipe and used 2 eggs instead of 1. My husband and I thought it was delicious. Will definitely make again: Thanks Gina..

This recipe was great!!! It was so moist. My girls loved it too. The blue cheese compliments the turkey. I will make it over and over again. Very creative Gina. Keep putting those twist on your recipes. Go Gina!! Go Gina!!!

It was delicious my daughter made it for our family.Looked a little wet when cooking so she drained it and it was great, next time would use a little less blue cheese but was overall good and would have it again!

I have a ? for everyone who made this, and for Gina and Pat too. Did any of you use ground Turkey Breast as opposed to ground turkey? I've just started using ground turkey breast bexause there is less fat. Do you think it would be too dry?

    Thanks
