This was a fabulous recipe; so good my husband was still talking about it the next morning. Used 93% lean turkey, reduced fat blue cheese crumbles and accidentally forgot the egg! and it held together just fine.

I made 6 individual meatloaves and cooked for 1 hour.

Two suggestions - I would reduce the blue cheese to 4-5 oz. and use a can of tomato sauce mixed with a can of petite diced tomatoes (about 2 cups so there is more sauce for topping the loaves.

This recipe is a certain family favorite.

The only reason why i give this recipe 4 out of 5 stars is because my husband and i both thought the blue cheese over-powered the meatloaf. When I first saw the episode, the first thing I thought was because it was ground turkey it would be dry. That was not the case at all! This meatloaf was so tender and juicey. I will make this recipe again, but next time I think I will leave out the blue cheese. For the record, my husband and I are both fans of blue cheese, but like I said before, we felt like it over-powered the other flavors of the meatloaf.

Great flavor and easy to make. The negative is that it had too much moisture and it fell completely apart -- not much loaf in the meatloaf. It's a great way to cover bland ground turkey with popping flavor.

Oh Gina! We are no fans of blue cheese, but decided to give it a chance tonight to make, and oh my Gosh Gina it is delicious, thank you it will be a keeper in our family.

This was nothing short of delish!!! Being on Weight Watchers, this was a nice variation on meatloaf that me and my guy adored. We served it with a whole wheat couscous and this meal was out of this world!!

Ground turkey, YUK! with blue cleese a double YUK! BUT you must try this recipe. It is outstanding and you shouldn't change a thing. I thought the blue cheese would overwelm the flavor but is does not. My whole family loved it. When I saw the t.v. program I thought they over sold the recipe but they did not. It is just has they presented it as DELICIOUS! Don't tell your family but it's also healthy. I can say, it is absolutely the best thing I have ever had with ground turkey.
