In a panic to find a good white sangria that I could make and serve within a couple of hours. This was it! The peach schnapps were a key ingredient.. didn't have sauvignon blanc but had a magnum of some white wine (I think it was a pinot which wasn't great for drinking ---- the sangria certainly fixed that problem!
Served it at a dinner party on a hot evening and it was a hit!

Made this for a party we're having tonight. I bought one magnum of sauvignon blanc and sent hubby to the store for a 2nd (one didn't even reach the spigot of the dispenser I'm using. He came home with pinot grigio. So we went with it and added extra peach schnapps to give it a more "peachy" tone. It's YUMMY! This will be a summer staple for us. Next time I'm going to try it with a riesling as someone suggested below.

Will definitely make this again...be careful of the fruit...I think it soaks up most of the alcohol!!!

I have used a few sangria recipes in the past, but this on has to be the BEST sangria I have ever tasted. I've made it several times for dinner parties and family gatherings, and I can't seem to make enough each time.

I made this for a little dinner party I was having - I used a light Riesling instead of the recommended wine. Will definitely make this again and again!
