I am not a cook but enjoy tremendously your food network chefs giada, flay, simon all of them except Paula Dean.

I love making this receipe and enjoyed the taste and now understand how when you have something sweet like mango jam mixed with soy sauce how they marry together the tastes to not make it sweet or tart.

I didn't like this. I made the corn salsa, the glaze, and everything, but all the parts came together to equal blah. Looked pretty, but...

Amazing chicken! Used apricot preserves because I didn't have the mango peach jam but it came out absolutely delicious - thanks Neelys!

A perfect meal for our first warm day of spring. Very refreshing. Thought it might be hard to find mango-peach jam, but it wasn't hard at all. Despite the jam, this is not an overly-sweet glaze - that's a good thing! My son ate his wrapped in a tortilla, but the rest used the lettuce and we all enjoyed it very much.

This was a huge hit with my picky family! The flavor was incredible...I couldn't find the peach mango jam, so I used Smucker's orchard's finest in the triple berry flavor...absolutely delicious! This is a keeper and a great go to when someone is dropping by...give it a try!

I actually watched this episode while I was at the gym and knew I had to make it. I usually watch the Food Network while running, a bit odd I know, but I love learning new ways to eat healthy without it being so bland. I made everything as the recipe called for except I used a George Forman grill and sauteed canned corn. I loved this and will make this again really soon!

I was so excited when I watched this on the show, I went out & bought what I needed right away. I actually used the recipe as inspiration & made some adjustments of my own, but the end result was incredible!

I actually sauteed the vegetables for the salsa, rather than kept it raw b/c I don't really like raw onions. I also substituted the jalepeno pepper in the salsa for green pepper. I added some cumin & hot chili powder to the salsa for a little extra kick. It just made me so happy that something this good tasting is also good for you. Living gluten free is a pain in the butt b/c a lot of what you eat is so bland. This recipe is naturally gluten free (if you use La Choy soy sauce & so amazing! Thanks Neelys!!!
