After figuring out how to cut the recipe down for seasoning, I was able to make the butter. Still had lots of BBQ seasoning left over too! The butter was so perfect on our freshly caught Alaskian Halibut! Worth my hubby being gone for 9 days on his fishing trip to eat this well! Thanks so much Neelys!

this is at the top of my list for easy, delicious recipes that can be prepared for week night dinners... my family loved it!!! We have also enjoyed it on shrimp and other seafoods. :

loved this recipe and so did my whole family. I tried it on halibut (the more expensive and swai(the less expensive fish. Thought it was amazing on both.

I am not really a fish eater, but I decided to try it, and I am glad I did. I thought it was good. It was very easy to make. My boyfriend LOVED it!

I WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING ABOUT THIS RECIPE, IT REALLY IS A IMPRESSIVE MEAL W/THE ASPARAUS, I LOVED IT AND SO DID MY HUSBAND.
