Delicious! Huge hit at BBQ. Consider decreasing red pepper amount-- it was pretty spicy and our family enjoys spicy stuff!

We've made this one time and time again. There is a little prep work but the outcome is well worth it. Everyone loves it! YUM YUM!

Loved this recipe! Followed it pretty much as stated except I sauteed the onion (I only had white just a little bit in the bacon drippings. Delicious! A new favorite!

Delicious. This is a family pleaser. I especially like the fact that it can be served right away, unlike traditional potato salad. This is a keeper. :

This is one of the best potato dishes I have had. We've made it twice and the second time we did cut the red pepper flakes in half because it was a little too much heat for us and we also put the onions on the grill to get them browned as well. It is soooo good and something we will definitely be making again and again. Thank you Neeleys!

This was a great recipe, though I did alter it a lot based on the ingredients I had at home. We used about 5 large potatoes and half of a sweet onion. We grilled both to sweeten up the onion a bit, though if you're using a sweet onion the raw bite is nice. Instead of red wine vinegar I used white wine and basically made it to my taste, which means I used far more vinegar and mustard and just a touch of sugar. I loved the red pepper flakes and the smokiness on the potatoes. I think this would be a run recipe to try with other spices... maybe smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder or curry.

Lovedit! Very easy and very, very tastey. I took Tiffany's advice and added a little garlic powder. VERY NICE!

This is one of the best potato salad recipes I have ever made--and it was so easy! I did double the recipe for four people and it turned out wonderfully well. It was so full of flavor. I sauteed the vidalia onions prior to incorporating them into the recipe and that worked extremely well. Thanks, Neelys!
