This was so good! The cheese sauce is to die for! I look threw a lot of recipes on food network before i found this one. I had to cook it in the oven i did not know the grill was outta gas. I seared it in a pan first. I put the green onions and a few of the garlic pieces on the sheet pan and let it cook with the meat. This was Delicious and the meat was very juicy and tender. I very please with myself and will defiantly make this again. Thanks Gena and Pat :

Made this yesterday on the grill and the flavor was fantastic!! We didn't have it as a sandwich so I skipped the cheese sauce, sliced it against the grain, and just ate it as is with some potato salad and other sides. I will definitely make this again, either by itself or as a sandwich!
As for the "controversy" over the name "London Broil." Yes, initially that is what it meant (a style of cooking a lean and less tender steak after marinating in the earlier part of the century. These days, almost any supermarket or butcher shop will carry a cut that they have labeled as a London Broil, so don't be afraid or confused about purchasing that cut. Happy eating!!

Absolutely fantastic. I've made it four times since seeing this recipe and it is good both in the oven and on the grill. The oil helps to seal in flavors when grilling, but does not take away from the flavors in the oven. I did not use green onions the first time (forgot to get them..oops!, but it was still great. Even mom loved it. I plan to make this many, many more times!

This is the 2nd recipe that I've made from you guys and I loved it. Initially I thought the marinade would be too salty but it's not. Everything blends very well together... Good job Neely's

WOW! WOW! WOW! The flavors are amazing together, I did change up a few things! Instead of milk for the cheese sauce I used heavy whipping cream. I also caramelized onions and added it on top of the sandwich with the green onions. I also had garlic texas toast with cheese baked, for the bread! This is the best dish I have ever made! Thanks NEELYS I love all of your shows and recipes! KEEP EM' COMIN!

This is a great recipe. Made this after watching the show last weekend. Everyone thought it was wonderful. Big hit. I bake London Broil in the oven often, in a liquid smoke and some other seasonings, so I knew this recipe with this meat would be good! YUMMY! I love the Neeleys. Great show! Hoping this Ohio girl can make my way to one of their restaurants some day!

Actually, in my neck of the woods, our grocery stores do sell "london Broils".
Whether its an actual cut of meat or not I don't know. But I have purchased it many times and cooked without marinating, sliced thin and against the grain it was excellent!. I'll be trying this recipe soon, It looks yummy!! Sorry for the four stars and not having actually tried the recipe, but I didn't know how to just write the comment without the rating.

But one item London Broil is not a cut of meat it is a style of cooking which calls for marinating a lean cut of meat and slicing thinly across the grain to serve. Use top round or my preference is flank steak
