I've never been a fan of turkey burgers, but this recipe was full of flavor. I didnt make the jam. I will try next time.

These sliders are so tasty! Tons of flavor. The tomato jam adds a sweet heat that the lean turkey needs.

Made the sliders but substituted 93/7 ground beef. It worked great.
Tomato jam was great; used it one night on grilled chicken as well.

Made full-size burgers (couldn't find slider buns and pan fried them. They were pretty good. The tomato jam is a keeper! Easy to make, too :

Love, love, love! not usually a fan of turkey burgers, but in the spirit of trying to eat a bit healthier I tried them - and the family sure is glad that i did! I did not have ricotta cheese, or a substitute so I skipped it and they were moist, delicious, and full of flavor! now can we talk about the tomato jam? Wow! Can't imagine ever eating a burger without that jam! I was a bit skeptical about it cooking down correctly - but it sure did! Sweet and just a touch spicy -will be making this again very soon!

family really liked them. i thought the tomato jam was really really good (i'm a vegetarian so I added the jam to an asian veggie burger from morning star. I added a clove of garlic to the turkey mix & after I made them into patties stuck the sheet tray into the fridge for 30 min like bobby flay does with his burgers. I also added a pinch of mozzarella to them after they were flipped. I grilled the buns too (used tiny dinner rolls from publix. Served with oven fries (4 potatoes cut into wedges & tossed with olive oil & steak seasoning & baked at 425 for 35-40 minutes and grilled asparagus & broccoli (tossed with olive oil & salt & pepper. All that & now we have some leftovers for tomorrow!

Absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe exactly except I substituted cottage cheese for ricotta (husband doesn't like ricotta. I will definitely make this again.

Family loved them, very moist, quick easy. I used 1lb ground turkey, 1/2 lb turkey breast, I added a clove of garlic & a red onion (all I had. The tomato jam was also great.
