    one word needed...YUM! some people may not like the blue cheese, too bad for them. forgot about the bacon and tried to serve it to my son, he is a vegetarian...oops!

    I love onions and have several onion recipes. On the other hand, my husband isn't a big fan of onions. BOTH of us loved this recipe. It is a wonderful blend of flavors, and a great side dish
