This was very yummy! The recipe online calls for 2-1/2 cups of chicken broth but as I'm re-watching the episode, they only put in 2 cups. This is probably why mine took longer than the 40 minutes stated. It was a little sticky but that was no doubt my fault. Overall, I loved it and can't wait to make it again.

Loved this addition to my recipe box, I used dried thyme, will probably add celery next time as well. Very flavorful and nice compliment to any meal.
