    To the previous review, I would imagine if Gina used 3/4 of a cup of Dijon mustard, you would do the same using honey dijon mustard. I made this recipe with Dijon mustard, and it was great. I've had this style of crust before on Beef Wellington.

    I love you Gina and Pat!!! Keep the recipes coming.

    I see the recipe 'Honey Dijon Mustard Pork Loin' but don't see any HONEY in the recipe. Can someone let us all know how much honey should be in the recipe. Thanks.
