    HI...Quick question...for anyone who made them individually...what size ramekin did you use? I have small ones at home and not sure how many ounces they hold....just wondering if anyone has a guess on the size...thanks

    I just made this last night for my hubby and parents and whoa! What a big hit this was! I never really ate chicken pot pie in the past because I'm allergic to green peas and it's a usual ingredient. I'm a decent cook and watching the Neelys make it got me curious. I replaced the peas using some french style green beans that I needed to use up in my fridge and also threw in some canned niblets corn. A beautiful presentation and so YUMMY! Don't think twice about making this for your family - so YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My 13 year old son and I just made this recipe and absolutely loved it. With all the carrots, peas, and celery, it was a great way to get a serving of vegetables in him - and it left him wanting more. This is definitely one to add to our regular rotation.

    This was my first endeavor trying chicken pot out and I have to say that it was a huge success! I followed the recipe but added baby portabella mushrooms, baby carrots instead of whole, and a potato. I also used phyllo dough for the crust, and halved the recipe without any problems. It was delicious, creamy, and easy - both my boyfriend and I loved it and can't wait to try out other versions with this easy guide to the filling

    This was so easy to make! I saw the show last week and said I need to make this, next day went to the store and got all the ingredients! It was so delicious!! Instead of using Sherry I used sherry vingar instead and added frozen corn other then that it was perfect! I also made it in a big casserole dish and it came out just fine!! Awesome receipe I will in deed use it again!

    This took me about 20 min to whip up and it was excellent. I doubled the celery and carrots, but I love lots of veggies. I also added a Tsp. of rubbed sage but you could also use poultry seasoning to give it a bit of a smokey flavor. Love the Neelys!

    I made this as a whole 9" pie and it turned out so good, everyone loved it! I did add frozen corn to it and left out the sherry because i didnt have any and it was still really good! I will definitly keep this recipe and make it again and again, thanks so much for this wonderful recipe!

    I made this almost exactly to recipe. I just added some corn and extra carrots and celery. It came out so good I was nibbling on the left over in the pan while it was baking in the oven!
