I agree that a LITTLE bit of brown sugar (even though it sounds weird really adds depth of flavor. So delicious - everyone LOVED these.

FABULOUS! Seriously... I cook many food network recipes and this is the one that made me join to write a review. I have tried kale many different ways and I will probably fight someone if they try to take it from me and cook it any other way than this. I massage my kale with olive oil (for a thin even coat and then sprinkle w/ S&P but I add a LITTLE bit of CAYENNE pepper (fabulous heat, then cook 300 for 10-15min and sprinkle with a LITTLE brown sugar. DO NOT SKIP THE BROWN SUGAR, you literally just need a few tiny little rocks per leaf to get the flavor. They are really fragile.. so transporting to the couch or anywhere but the kitchen isn't a good idea. delicious

This is the first time we ever had kale and these chips were amazing. I think this may be our new favorite side dish or snack. Fabulous!

This was our time trying kale. My husband and I loved these. I listened to the other reviewers and added more brown sugar. PERFECT

I over cooked the first batch and they were still good! I'm a potato chip junky and this is a great substatute.

Delicious! My entire family loved these (4 year old twins, a 3 year old, and a non-kale eating husband. The brown sugar makes these. Thanks for another fabulous way to work healthy veggies into our repertoire :

Sooo yummy! These were uber easy and such a wonderful healthy complement to a sandwich. I used just a touch of brown splenda, but really liked them just as well with salt and peppa. Thanks for helping me stay skinny with my snacking.
