If any recipe failed my expectations, I thought it would be this one. But I was WRONG!! A VERY tasty snack and so easy to make. I required a little more Brown sugar than 1 teas. But maybe I will try less cooking time and see how they turn out. My husband even liked them. Big surprise there!! Kinda like Lays chips....bet you can't eat just one:

WOW...I never, ever thought I would get a whole head of Kale into my vegetable challenged hubby. He ate these like candy!!! I did sprinkle some nutmeg over the kale, as well. So much fun, they were easy and they taste great. Thanks for this great recipe.

Loved these! I agree with the other reviewer that 25 minutes is too long. 10-12 minutes is good. Light, cripsy, salty and sweet all in one. YUM!

These are so good and better than the recipe I have been using. It is super important that the kale is dry. I use a salad spinner. Be sure to check them around 12 minutes for crispness, 25 minutes is a lot too long. When they turn brown, they taste bitter. Taste wonderful with Truvia instead of brown sugar as well.
