This might just be the best sandwich of all time. It is surprisingly easy to make (we pan fried instead of deep fried, though. Use sriracha for the hot sauce, and a little extra on top doesn't hurt. I literally just created this account with half of a sandwich left sitting next to me (calling my name so that I could give the Neely's their due praise. Try it. You won't be disappointed!

I decided to try this for father's day. When the first lobster piece came out, my 7-year old son tasted it and said, " this is tha bomb, ma!" My husband thoroughly enjoyed it. I served it with strawberry cake. The recipe was quick and easy. I will definitely cook this again!
