This is a wonderful recipe to start. We did make a few changes. We added twice the noodles (I love noodles and cut up a store bought rotisserie chicken. We took the bones and skin of the rotisserie chicken and boiled them in some extra stock and then strained it into the soup. I added the chopped chicken at the very end since the chicken was already cooked. Everyone loved it but It was all gone in one night. So I am doubling the recipe and making more to store for later.

This is definately a keeper! I never make chicken noodle soup as it seems to time consuming and hard to get the right taste. But, this recipe was the best! It was easy to make, and had the right flavor. I will be putting this one in my recipe book. Thanks again Neelys!

So good! I quickly sauteed the bite sized chicken pieces with salt, pepper and olive oil till golden and added them with the noodles. I bought extra-wide noodles and added extra to the soup. I did have to add some extra seasoning-I added some dry chicken bouillon and extra spices to kick it up a notch! Next time I'll double this. It's even better the next day. The whole family loved it!

This soup was awesome! I was feeling under the weather with a nasty cold and this soup was just what I needed. Instead of using Tobasco sauce, I used a chipotle hot sauce which added a hint of smoke flavor and it was yummy.

Made this soup for the first time and it is amazing! I use matchstick carrots and added baby spinach at the end of cooking. It is soooooo good! This recipe is a keeper for sure.
