I made this for my Bible study group, and it was a hit. Several people in the group were concerned at first because they don't care for mango, but they all said it was much better than they expected...one even asked for the recipe. The only changes I made were using a whole jalapeno and adding a red chili pepper. Even with the additions, it wasn't too spicy for anyone. I am looking forward to making this one again.

This salad goes quickly and has a 5 star taste, but I can't say as much for trying to get a complete 3x5 card printed. It's missing 3 of the ingredients and part of the directions. This is so annoying to have to write in the missing information. I'm finding this in nearly every 3x5 card I attempt to print. Doesn't anyone ever edit these cards before posting them on Food Network? Does anyone else have these problems? How about getting them solved so we can enjoy saving the recipes!

So tasty. I doubled the jalapeno, but it still wasn't spicy. Added even more cumin (it's my favorite. Cut the oil in half. It was delicious with these changes. Even my cave man boyfriend loved it! Definitely a keeper.

I prepared this recipe for the monthly market and everyone simply loved this dish. I gave portion cups out and many wanted seconds. One participant suggested that she was going to put her in a taco shell. The jalepenos is what makes the salad fantastic. I added roasted red peppers. Thanks

I loved the Mangoes and jalepenos together. I let the salad mary in the fridge for a few hours. It turned out delicious. SO many different flavors. I was afraid to use more than half a jalepeno, so next time I think I'll use a whole one.

I brought this beautiful and delicious salad to a gathering with friends from Puerto Rico. I added 1 cup of diced red pepper. Not only did they rave about the taste, but they took pictures of it on their cell phones. Linda from Cedar Park, TX

Oh my gosh made this for company this week end, what a hit! How easy was it? Very easy. I loved it. Such a great summer salad, so refreshing. The Neely's are great. Oh, I also made the Dill Butter for corn on the cob, another hit! Thanks! Patti

Easy, healthy and very tasty, I thought it was a healthy alternative to potato salad. I brought it to a cook out and it was a huge hit. I only added a tablespoon of the olive oil and I also used the lime zest for an exta limey flavor.
