    I am from the caribbean so I know what island food should taste like and you rocked on this one. This was absolutely delicious.

    I saw this recipe on the show and had everything in the house so I make it. All I can say is MOG, what an awesome dish. Lots of flavor and so easy to make. I did add the whole jalapeno pepper cause I like the heat and I had some left over sweet corn so I cut it off the cob and added it. I would make this over and over again. It is so healthy & refreshing. Good bye potatoes.

    I saw this on the morning before a Labor Day party and had to make it. I rushed out to the farmers' market and got the ingredients - it was the biggest hit at the party. The only thing I would change is that I would add the zest of the lime and put a whole jalepeno pepper in - I don't like things really hot but a little more heat is better.

    This was delicious. It is so much better than I thought it was going to be. It was the perfect side dish for the jerk chicken. I will make this again!
