Here's the recipe. Its called Sweet and Spicy Cole Slaw. Enjoy!
http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/down-home-with-the-neelys/sweet-and-spicy-coleslaw-recipe/index.html
* 2 pounds green cabbage
* 4 carrots
* 1 medium yellow onion
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup mustard
* 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
* Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Cut cabbage in quarters and remove core. Peel carrots and onion and cut into pieces that would fit through the feed tube of a food processor. Fit food processor with the large-holed grater attachment and push cabbage, carrots, and onions through feed tube to grate. In a large bowl, toss vegetables together.
In another medium bowl, prepare the coleslaw dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, mustard, cider vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and cayenne. Toss dressing with the cabbage mixture, and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

I made this burger the day I saw this episode. I love garlic and had never tried it in a burger. This was very tasty along with the secret sauce. My family enjoyed it as well. I agree with the previous comment about the cole slaw. Where is the recipe for the cole slaw? The next time i will try them on the outdoor grill.

When I saw the Neelys make these burgers on their show, I just had to try them. I made these burgers with some deli cole slaw, and they were a grand slam! I'm sure they'd have been even better with the Neely's cole slaw, which is recommended in the recipe...but where is the Neely's Cole Slaw recipe? Couldn't find it on the website or in my FoodTV magazines. Please post the Neely's Cole Slaw recipe! Thanks!
