I made this for Christmas day and it was excellent! i don't know what the spice rub added but the turkey was sooooo moist! We grilled the 10 pound turkey for 35 minutes and it was perfect.

I made this recipe last year for our first time frying our turkey and it came out FABULOUS! I am doing it again this week for Thanksgiving, I can't wait! Very juicy meat and seasoned for outstanding flavor!

Yummy! I just did this for a work Thanksgiving feast. It disappeared as I was carving it! I thought some would come to blows over the deep fried skin :-. The dry rub makes it--I've used it on chicken too---change it up with some cumin if you like that. I will make this again and again--my fellow staff wanted to make sure I was going to do it again next year.
