Very yummy! I read the reviews prior so on the third time of turning the fries, I turned up the oven to 450 degrees and the fries came out golden brown and crispy with soft center. I also cut the paprika to 1/2 teaspoon and then added 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. These are my husband's new favorite recipe. We like Sandra Lee's spicy sweet potato fries too.

We loved these! Full of amazing flavor, and ours weren't soggy at all.

Totally agree that these were soggy, and mine ended up burning and sticking to the pan regardless of the amount of oil that was in the recipe. But they were totally delicious, I'm also going to refer to previous suggestions because these are super tasty!

Soooo good! My fries were also a little limp but still delicious, I will have to try some of the techniques that were mentioned above to see if I can get a crispier texture.

Haven't tried this recipe yet, but I love sweet potato fries. We get them at a restaurant in our hometown and they serve them with apple butter as a dipper. Delish!

I love this recipe! just made it today, couldn't stop eating them.. I've watched many shows on the food network and i've printed alot recipes from various FN hosts, but this recipe is the one that prompted me to write my first FN review. I love it, the potatoes were delicious and easy to make.

My husband and I tried these for the first time last night and they are DELICIOUS!!! We followed the directions, but at the end of the cooking time I turned the broiler on to crisp them up. Great flavor and a healthier alternative to traditional french fries!!

Fabulous flavor! However, mine were a bit soggy too! I'm going to try the parboil trick next time. Thanks Neely's!
