Let me start off by saying i am a Neelys Fan and i watch all their shows, and i did enjoy this recipe but like the other comments- i would add more celery and some garlic powder- but otherwise it was good-

Let me start by saying I do not like shrimp. I made this recipe for company and they absolutely loved it, paired with the corn fritters and clam chowder, which I also do not normally like.
I have been converted! The shrimp "salad" was delicious. I would add more chopped celery. I grated the onion and some garlic in. Served on large very soft rolls.

Been looking for a good shrimp salad recipe. This one is good but not quite it. Tasty, but still needs something.

Made the chowder and shrimp rolls for dinner. The shrimp filling was very good, although I though it was missing a little something. I added a hint of garlic powder and about a teaspoon of Old Bay for a little extra kick. Loved it!
