    very good...you can make these into muffins ive done muffins, loaf pan, and a bundt pan and it cooks in half the time..some times i add chocolate chips to some of the muffins really good!

    I have made this recipe several times and find it is very flexible when I don't have all the ingredient - but wonderful exactly as written too. I have substituted olive oil for the butter, applesauce for part of the bananas when I did not have enough, yogurt(even flavored or creme fraiche for the sour cream and it always comes out wonderful. Like several others I found mine was done in just under an hour. Freezes great.

    Momma Callie sure knew what she was doing with this recipe!!! Moist, flavorful, the best banana nut bread I have ever made. Will definitely be making more loaves of this.

    This is extremely moist and delicious. It made 2 loaves and the kids ate one up within an hour...the butter is definitely a plus. I will definitely keep this in my book of favorites.

    Flavorful, moist and delicious!!! Made this banana nut bread as gifts for co-workers during the holiday season last year and they were a big hit! The honey butter adds to the already scrumptious flavor. Making them again as gifts this year! Merry Christmas!!

    This recipe is delicious! I had stopped making banana bread because I couldn't find a great recipe. They were always dry, but not this one. It is moist, tasty and extremely easy. I recommend this recipe to everyone.
