Outstanding. Perfect texture. Perfect flavor. Easy. It gets gobbled up so fast, I've made it twice in a month.

I made this banana nut bread for my future father-in-law, and it made a wonderful impression! He was very impressed, and I was thrilled that such an easy recipe yielded such wonderful results.

This has to be the best banana nut bread ever. My husband has asked me to make it again and I've made banana bread before but he's never requested seconds.

This is great! I make a few adjustments of course...the first being that I add about 1/4 brown sugar, an extra banana, 2 dashes of cinnamon, and a dash of nutmeg. Phenomenal!

I have made this at least ten times now. No loaf has survived more than 8 hours!. Even without the Honey Butter it is perfect. I think the sour cream makes the difference.I use light, but not fat free. In my oven, I do not go more than 60 minutes. Also works on convection at 325. You will be buying extra bananas :

I have been making this banana bread for over a year and it is FABULOUS! Always moist and packed with flavor. I am camping this weekend and making this treat ahead of time (one with nuts, one without to share with our camping buddies! Easy to make! You won't be disappointed!!

Best Banana Bread recipe I've tried! It's a staple in the house when trying to use up ripe bananas. This recipe is a keeper!

I have made this several ways including the way it's originally written. I normally add an extra banana or two (depending on how many I have to give it a more banana taste. I also make this as muffins and add blueberries- very delicious. Sometimes I add a little more sour cream to make it more moist, especially if I'm making the muffins. However, the recipe itself is very good.
