This dish was awesome. My family loved it. My dad is a chef and he loved it so much that he added it one day at his job. Great job Neelys!!! Keep up the good dishes. Will definitely be in my rotation.

My family LOVED this recipe! For the most part, I followed the recipe. After reading reviews, I added my chopped spinach to the sauce. We really didn't even notice the spinach was there. Next time, I will cut back on the cheese, we all thought it was way too much cheese..... And this is the only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. I plan on making this dish for our Women's Church Retreat. :

It was s delicious. I don't cook that often and so I was a little nervous to make it for husband. But it was so good. My son said, "it is down right delicious."

This is my new favorite baked ziti recipe! I used garlic and herb chicken sausage, and a jar of good quality marinara with basil, instead of the tomatoes. I followed the rest of the recipe, but also had a tough time mixing the cheeses with the spinach. I was afraid they wouldn't blend well, so I layered the pasta, then the spinach-cheese mixture, and put the sausage mixture on top. It baked up beautifully! The moisture from the sauce helped to cook the spinach. This dish has some nice flavors!

I just made this dish tonight and it was amazing!! I read some of the reviews and made the following modifications: I added 2 additional cloves of garlic (I love garlic, sautéed a red pepper with the onion and sausage. I also added the spinach to the meat mixture towards the end of the cook time. I used spicy chicken sausage that I got from Trader Joes (which worked out quite nicely and to the dice tomatoes I added a jar of marinara sauce because I felt it would be a bit to dry for my taste. I also added some Italian seasoning to taste. Lastly, since pesto is so easy to make, I made my own. Next time I'm also going to add some mushrooms. This is definitely a keeper. It makes more then 6-8 servings and since there were only two of us eating, I froze some for later. I imagine it will be yummy when I defrost it.

This was a different version of baked ziti. I thought, spinach and cheese baked on top of the ziti and meat sauce? I didn't think my kids would enjoy because they do not like to steer away from traditional recipes. It turned out pretty good and they liked it! Thanks Neely's good stuff!

Very tasty! I used italian sausage instead and 8 oz of pesto. Just because I love pesto. It was sooo good and I will be sure to make this again.

Oh my Gosh.....This Recipe is awesome! Made this for my Bunco Babe Girls and it was a HIT. I used Mild Sweet Italian Sausage and added extra 14oz can of diced tomatoes and 8oz of Pesto because i had to make night before and was worried the Noodles would ***** up all the mositure. It really turned out great! All 12 of my girlfriends received this receipe in the inbox this morning!

Thanks Neelys for another wonderful Meal!
