Awesome! We had friends for dinner and this was a big hit and I gave them the recipe. I made it with my home made pesto. Will be making this again & again.

This recipe is so good, I have made it over and over again. Instead of meat I used Morningstar vegetarian beef crumbles (family is vegetarian located in organic frozen section in most grocery stores. Instead of mixing spinach with cheese (since it was difficult to mix, I layered both separately, cheese layer first, then spinach on top. Very easy and so delicious!

Delicious recipe! I used homemade venison sausage. My family prefers a little more tomato, but otherwise, I would not change a thing! Very easy and yummy!

I absolutely loved this recipe! It was way better than I expected. I did use chicken sausage which I expected came out the same. Two thumbs up!

Very flavorful! A ligher alternative to lasagna! I added a splash of red wine to the meat mixture as well.

I tried to do this in a 13x9 dish. No wonder it looked like a giant salad on top of my ziti. I might try it again and mix everything together before baking. It was a good dish though. Looking forward to all the leftovers this week. Yahoo!
