I was not quite sure how this one would turn out...but it was scrumptious! I didn't have time for a pulled pork extraviganza so I took a shortcut and added a rotisserie chicken instead. I also omitted hot sauce (or my 5 yr old would have killed me and added a bit more vinegar and some shredded cheese. My family loved it and it was sooo simple! This is one you could have several variations on...it would be tasty with fresh corn cut off the cob and added in...you could even serve a warm version and saute the veggies. Give it a try! You won't be sorry!
