Mmm...GOOD!! The whole family loved it! I did change it a bit, I added Italian Seasoning to the bread crumbs and used a combination of bread crumbs and Panko Bread crumbs! Delicious

I am a frequent Neely Recipe trier! And this one is a BIG WINNER!!! I followed the recipe exact...except making the amount of tomato sauce since others said they had too much. I found that half was enough for us. The family was happy and I enjoyed it as a lunch leftover the next day too. At some point I had my skillet too high and got distracted and burned a coupld of pieces of chicken, and it was still good! If you're considering this one, TRY IT!

This was a very easy recipe to follow. I used garlic powder instead of minced garlic, and onion powder instead of onions. This was great! The homemade sauce had just the right amount of seasoning in it. I fried the chicken a little longer than recommended. I made this with spaghetti noodles!

This was very tasty and my whole family liked it. I will make it again. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you pound the chicken thinly, or it will be too thick of a piece of meat per person. I served mine on top of spaghetti and everyone loved the entire taste. The sauce was delicious also. Definitely a keeper, thanks!

I didn't expect something this easy to make could taste this amazing! The only change I made was that I added about 2t of sugar to the sauce for depth of flavour, and it made all the difference. I served it with linguini noodles tossed in olive oil, sauteed garlic, salt, pepper, and ripped up fresh basil with just a little fresh parmesan grated overtop. The linguini was a perfect complement to the chicken, and our dinner guest (a culinary school graduate stated several times that dinner was absolutely fantastic.

I made this recipe a year or so ago and it came out great. My husband LOVED it but at the time, I used store bought spaghetti sauce and dried herbs. I made it again last night and this time I used the Neely recipe to make the sauce and used fresh basil. OMG - what a difference! As good as it was before, it was absolutely more AWESOME this time. I added a little extra red pepper because we like things spicier and I also added a couple of teaspoons of sugar to the sauce to cut the bitterness/acidity but not enough to add sweetness.
