I had never made chicken parm before, and this was amazingly good. The chicken was so tender you could cut with a fork easily. Another HIT for the Neelys. I think I could watch them boil water...they are a beautiful couple!

i made this last night for the first time, it was very good and everyone ended up eating the whole thing which is always great, the only thing is that when breading the chicken it was just calling for to much flour and bread crumbs i put in the amount that was said and when i was done i had so much left over that it was kind of a waist but other then that everything else turned out real well thanks neelys!

The only thing I was bummed about was the extra flour and bread crumbs I used only 2 eggs which was more than enough and next time will use 1 cup each flour and bread crumbs I felt so wasteful throwing out the rest. All in all not alot a work and very good.

Two of my family members have Celiac Disease and I made this for my family last night and it was excellent. I used chips for the bread crumbs and for the flour I used gluten free flour and added 1/2 tsp of xanthum gum and 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Its hard to find things that can be made gluten free that my entire family will eat. I couldn't even tell I was eating gluten free! Thanks!

I made this today and my family absolutely loved it! Even my 5-year-old, who normally doesn't eat much chicken, ate almost all of her portion. We will definitely be making this again.

This is a great recipe, we have fixed it twice. Second time we did it we doubled up on the garlic, onion and red pepper for a bit more kick, still does not overpower the sauce.
