    The best chicken and dumplings ever. So tasty, and I'm not even into this type of comfort food, I made it for my boyfriend, but ate a bunch myself. I will make it again.

    Absolutely awesome! I'll try a different method for making the dumplings next time, but the dish was perfect. My husband loved it so I'll definitely try this recipe again.

    Maybe I made my dumplings a little too big, cause when you cut into them the middle looked uncooked... I made them like mini meatballs.. But despite that, this dish was great! Will be making this again! Will try a different technique for the dumplings!

    oh my god oh my god my girls are sometimes hard to cook for but when they are sick they want down home chicken and dumplings so i was watching the show as all ways i love all the chefs sometime i pull them up on the computer at the same time anyway this made them fill so much better i just cooked some more last night my daughter just got out the hospital last night frist thing she ate your soup keep up the good work

    Ooooohhh Weeeee, this was delicious! Whenever I have made dumplings in the past, they were like rocks. These were like fluffly clouds of happiness. Just like Nana's chicken and dumplings. I will find excuses to make this again and again!

    This recipe is fantastic! Have already made it 3 times and my whole family loves it. We had my best friend and her husband over for dinner, she asked me to make Chicken and Dumplings and they loved it. She even got the recipe and made it the next day. You have to make the dumplings on the smaller side so they cook all the way through. I also let this cook for about 45 minutes instead of 20.

    I've never made chicken and dumplings before and this recipe seemed pretty cut and dry. I wasn't sure how large or small to make the dumplings so I rolled them into about 1" balls. A few of them fell apart and dissolved. (bummer The ones that did stay together weren't done all the way. I'm not sure what I did wrong. The recipe needs more specific directions in regards to the dumplings. (What size? How long to cook them? How do you know when they're done? They had great flavor though and the soup part of the recipe turned out fantastically. My husband was really happy with it. If the dumplings would have turned out, this would have been a 5. It was easy to make, tastes great and the leftovers will last for a few days for lunches. It was fairly inexpensive to prepare as well.

    Dear NIGHTNURSE - in response to your comment - I FOLLOWED THE "EXACT" RECIPE FOR THE DUMPLINGS - FYI - YOU CAN PUT DUMPLINGS ON ANY LIQUID - STEW - SOUP OR THEIR CHICKEN BROTH - THEY JUST DID NOT COME OUT GOOD AND I DON'T KNOW WHY - I STAND BY MY COMMENT AND WILL NEVER USE THEIR RECIPE FOR DUMPLINGS AGAIN !!!!!
