I made this with canned white meat chicken from my big box store and used part mayo and part yogurt as suggested by another reviewer. Otherwise made no other changes......the best chicken salad I've made in a long time and will definitely make it again. It's a keeper!

Fantastic. Easy and delicious. I used dried tarragon (2t rather than 2T fresh, as it is hard to find in Ohio for some reason and just minced a regular yellow onion, added a little salt and pepper too. I served the salad on croissants and it was to die for. One substitution I also make for any chicken salad recipe is I use mostly plain yogurt, then add a few Tablespoons of mayo for the creaminess...this is a great trick to cut way way down on calories.Try it, no one is the wiser!

I have made this recipe twice, once with almonds and once with walnuts. both are good, but like the almond version better. Really easy, and tasty. My boyfiend doesn't like grapes in his salad so I add them to my portion right before I serve it.

Awesome recipe!!! I never used tarragon leaves before, so I just added 1 tablespoon. I can't wait to get your new cookbook I ordered from QVC. YOU GUYS ARE THE BOMB!!!!!

This was the best recipe EVER for chicken salad. You have delivered me and my husband (who helps in the kitchen quite often from canned chicken chicken salad! We followed the recipe all the way unitl choice of nuts, we used pecans. We watch ya'll all the time, it's wonderful viewing your show.
