Absolutely delicious. Have made it over and over again. Also took it to the beach with some tortillas as a kind of fajita. It's always a huge hit!

This is a 5 star recipe based on ease, versitility and healthfulness! It's really good! I have swapped out ground turkey for ground chicken, black beans for the kidney and have used light sour cream in place of the yogurt...all good!

I used smoked sausage with mine. It was very good but hard to keep lit.

SO. GOOD. Fast and easy, nutritious and delicious. Tossed in a little cayenne pepper for a little extra heat and it was perfect.

Quick and nutritious! I used diced rotisserie chicken instead of ground chicken. The burrito lovers threw theirs into tortillas and the salad lovers piled theirs into bowls, and everyone was happy. Do not underestimate the delicious addition of the peppers, jalapenos, and onions, esp. when topped by the dressing. Can't wait to make this again.

Such a delicious and tasty recipe. My boyfriend and his friends loved it!!! The only thing I did differently was place the meat on top if the salad instead of tossing it, because i prepared it before he came home from work... Also I substituted sour cream for the yogurt for the dressing and it was ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT!!!

Thanks Pat & Gina, hopefully I'll see you two again in DTW airport.

I used 4% fat ground beef in place of the ground chicken and added in a can of diced mexican tomatoes. I also used fat free sour cream in place of the yogurt. My kids loved it and devoured it up. Definately a keeper

What a great recipe! Because of my lack of planning, I made some adjustments. I used diced boneless chicken breasts instead of ground chicken, used a small can of green chiles instead of jalapeno, and used black beans. Turned out great! What a nice twist on a Mexican dish. Prepare most everything ahead of time and mix when it's close to dinner time. Loved it!

My family absolutely LOVED this dish. I made it tonight and I will definitley add it to the rotation. It was light and fulfilling and easy to make, especially on such a hot evening. I also used black beans and sour cream instead and because I forgot the tortilla chips I made cheese quesadillas on the side.
